As the owner and CEO of Diligent Hands CNA Prep & BLS training, Ericika Oliver strives to help other change their lives and careers with simple class. Ericika's goal is to help as many individuals change their outcome on life.
As a native of Jacksonville, FL., born and raised on the northside of town. Ericika has a PROVEN pass rate on the first time of taking state boards. Not only was she a CNA for over 5 years before returning to nursing school.
The goal is to train GREAT CNAs so that we not only hace compassionate caregivers, but ones who will treat you like FAMILY. Diligent Hands is all about compassion, and has a mission to deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, setting the standard by which others in the healthcare industry are judged. Ericika aspires to be a leader and collaborate to join forces in the healthcare community, to accomplish more than what is possible individually. A mother of 2 young men, she exceeds all expectations, as she continues to drive quality training and progress to lead others towards a successful future.
